We had a wonderful experience with Gente di Mare in Ostuni. From the very beginning, the team made the entire process smooth, welcoming, and professional. Anna was absolutely fantastic. She immediately understood exactly what we were looking for and showed us properties that perfectly matched our needs and expectations. The only negative of my experience is that we are complete! Federica and Anna are the best. I spoke to multiple agents and I found that many were not listening to my needs. I was looking for a permanent residence, not a holiday home yet I kept being pushed to houses there is no way we would live in year round. Federica was the opposite, she was not only professional, she understood the difference. When I came into town we looked at the homes on the list and the home I loved was under contract the next day. Even after closing Federica has been extremely helpful. The easiest home purchase we ever made.

We initially had a less than ideal start, where an appointment couldn't be arranged because the key wasn't there in time. But what followed was a very tailored, personalized selection of properties. During peak season, responses sometimes took a while, but in the end, that just goes to show how many exceptional properties this agency represents. I highly recommend Gente di Mare.

My husband and I chose Gente di mare not only for their commitment to personal service, but also a willingness to understand our needs with respect to the type of property for which we were looking. There was never pressure to buy, but, a willingness to show us a wide range of apartments and villas that might fit our needs. I cannot recommend this agency enough. Anna was very helpful, professional and friendly and showed us two beautiful houses. She was always available for questions and replied right away, when I sent a message. We ended up deciding not to buy a house in Italy, otherwise we would have chosen one of the houses she showed us.
